Businesses have a lot of moving parts. There are often competing agendas and limited resources, so it is difficult to get everything moving in unison.

At PTAM we believe that it is important to take time to discuss the big picture. Where is the business heading? How is it going to get there? What needs to happen now to ensure that the business goals are achieved?

It can be very frustrating to work on tax minimisation strategies and achieve a large reduction in your tax bill only to be declined finance for your new investment because the bank manager wasn’t informed of the strategy. Likewise, it can be devastating to have formed a new business structure only to find out later that your financial advisor needed it to be something else.

With our strategic planning services, we assess: Where you are now? Where you want to be? How will you get there? We talk to you about your long-term goals, finance requirements, tax minimisation, legal structures with the people that will make it all come together. Once we have met with you and your advisors we will then collaboratively develop and present to you a strategic plan that will outline a set of strategies on how to move forward as one cohesive unit.
